Christmas by Krebs—a Christmas ornament manufacturer—should have become a nonessential business during Covid-19, but quickly found a way to stabilize their workforce and support the frontline.

Management pivoted from manufacturing ornaments to producing and assembling medical plastic face shields/direct splash protective face shields in both their Roswell, New Mexico and Juarez, Mexico facilities. This adjusted approach is helping fill the supply gap for healthcare workers responding to Covid-19 patients, and keeping their business operational during this challenging time.

“We were delighted to hear that Christmas by Krebs was able to adapt and respond to the PPE shortage by pivoting from ornament
manufacturing to producing face shields. By doing so, they were able to make an impact on the situation that surrounds us, as well as keep their operations and employees working. Siena was happy to provide the financing and continue our long working relationship with our first client during this time.”

“Christmas By Krebs is fortunate to have both the capacity and capability to produce the face shields, and are pleased with the support and long term relationship we share with Siena Lending.”
